The Selfie Factory, Brighton

So a few days ago we headed to The Selfie Factory in Brighton for their launch day and since then my Insta feed has been littered with cool backdrops.

So, what is The Selfie Factory?
It’s an interactive pop up experience set against over 10 unique and Insta-worthy backdrops including a ball pit housing over 40,000 balls, a pink elephant, a donut wall, a confetti room and a giant ice cream!

Simply book your ticket here and bring your camera along (don’t worry, the organisers are there to give you a hand if you’re going solo)! Under 5s are free. All in all you get about 50 minutes in there to do as you please (just don’t climb on the elephant or eat the donuts as they’ve been chemically sprayed to last longer!)

Is it a permanent exhibit?
In short, no. The pop up runs until September 4th 2018. Extra dates have already been added and if all goes well hopefully it’ll be reopening in other locations too.

What can I expect on the day?
You’re advised to get there 15 minutes early. There’s a bathroom with a mirror if you need to freshen up before you start to shoot – perfect for outfit changes too.

The vibe is generally quite relaxed. You can shoot in any order and go back and forth as you please provided there isn’t someone already snapping in that area.

There was space by the entrance to leave my buggy and dump y sons changing bag so I didn’t have to lug it all about and the venue is also wheelchair accessible to.

Why not make a day of it and head to Brighton Beach which is about a ten minute walk from the venue..

Where to find The Selfie Factory
